Travel Requirement: Up to 50% Travel Across India and Overseas, Based on Project Needs
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Systems (PS) Consultant with 8-10 years of SAP consulting experience, including multiple end-to-end SAP implementation projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP PS and Professional Services business processes, have experience delivering SAP transformation programs for Indian and global clients, and be capable of working directly with business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
The role involves solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, user training, go-live support, and post-production stabilization for SAP S/4HANA projects.
Key Responsibilities
•    Lead and deliver SAP PS workstreams in S/4HANA implementation, rollout, and support projects.
•    Conduct business process workshops and gather customer requirements.
•    Configure and implement SAP PS functionalities including: 
o    Project Structuring (WBS Elements, Networks, Activities)
o    Project Planning and Scheduling
o    Resource Planning
o    Costing and Budgeting
o    Revenue Planning & Recognition
o    Project Settlement
o    Progress Tracking and Reporting
•    Implement and support Professional Services business processes, including: 
o    Project Lifecycle Management
o    Time Recording and Effort Capture
o    Resource Management
o    Project Billing
o    Revenue Recognition
o    Service Delivery Tracking
•    Prepare Functional Specifications and collaborate with technical teams for WRICEF developments.
•    Support SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.
•    Work closely with project managers, business users, and leadership teams to ensure successful project execution.
•    Mentor junior consultants and provide best-practice guidance.
Required Skills & Experience
•    8-10 years of SAP consulting experience with strong expertise in SAP Project Systems (PS).
•    Minimum 3 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
•    Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations is mandatory.
•    Strong experience in Professional Services industry processes.
•    Strong integration knowledge with: 
o    SAP FI/CO
o    SAP SD
o    SAP MM
o    SAP PM
o    SAP SuccessFactors/HR (preferred)
•    Expertise in: 
o    Project Costing
o    Budget Control
o    Revenue Recognition
o    Resource Planning
o    Project Billing
o    Settlement Processes
o    Profitability Analysis
•    Experience in preparing: 
o    Business Process Documents
o    Functional Specifications
o    Test Scripts
o    Training Materials
•    Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology.
Preferred Qualifications
•    Experience in consulting organizations, IT services, engineering services, or professional services industries.
•    Exposure to India localization requirements and global delivery models.
•    SAP PS Certification and S/4HANA certification preferred.
•    Experience in large transformation programs and multi-country deployments will be an added advantage.

•    Strong communication and presentation capabilities.
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic consulting environment.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Self-driven with the ability to work independently and lead workshops.
Additional Requirements
•    Must be willing to travel extensively based on project requirements.
•    Flexible to work at customer locations across India.
•    Immediate joiners or candidates serving short notice periods will be preferred.
