Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant with 6–10 years of experience in HRIS/SAP SuccessFactors implementations. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the Onboarding module to ensure a smooth new-hire experience and seamless integration with other SuccessFactors modules. Key Responsibilities • Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding / Onboarding 2.0 solutions. • Configure Onboarding processes, business rules, workflows, and forms. • Manage new hire data collection, document generation, and compliance processes. • Integrate Onboarding with Employee Central, Recruiting, and other SuccessFactors modules. • Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations. • Perform system testing (UAT), troubleshooting, and issue resolution. • Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance during onboarding processes. • Support system upgrades, releases, and ongoing maintenance. • Prepare functional documentation and training materials. Required Skills • Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding / Onboarding 2.0. • Knowledge of Business Rules, Workflows, Document Generation, and Compliance Forms. • Experience with integration between Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Central. • Understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management. • Experience with Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and data mapping. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications • SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Certification. • Experience in end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations. • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Employee Central.
