NTT DATA Business Solutions is growing across the Nordics, and we are looking for an experienced SAP Supply Chain professional.

In this role, you will help us strengthen and grow our SAP Supply Chain capability in Sweden. You will combine leadership responsibilities with customer advisory, solution design, and delivery in complex SAP transformation projects.

Your role

As SAP Supply Chain Lead, you will develop both our people and our business while remaining close to customers and SAP delivery.

You will:

• Lead, coach, and develop the consultants in your team within the broad SAP Supply Chain domain.
• Build a collaborative team culture focused on knowledge-sharing and professional development.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers within logistics and supply chain execution.
• Lead and contribute to SAP Supply Chain solution design, architecture, configuration, and implementation.
• Design end-to-end logistics processes across S/4HANA and related areas.
• Lead customer workshops and translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
• Contribute to pre-sales, solutioning, and the continued development of our SAP Supply Chain offering.
• Support recruitment, competence development, staffing, and growth of the team.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who combines strong SAP expertise with a genuine interest in people and leadership.

You have:

• 5+ years of experience within the SAP Supply Chain Domain.
• Experience from several full-cycle SAP implementations.
• Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA and integration with related SAP modules.
• Strong consulting skills and experience advising customers on solution and process improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Native in Swedish or another Nordic language is mandatory. Fluency in English is required.

Experience with SAP EWM and/or TM, Fiori, warehouse automation, solution architecture, pre-sales, or business development is an advantage.

Your everyday work will mostly take place at customer sites or from our Stockholm office; we accept home office some days a week. As Team Lead, we value that you appreciate spending time with your team at the office.
