About the Role:
NTT DATA Business Solutions is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA SD & Variant Configuration Solution Architect to lead large-scale SAP transformation programs for global manufacturing clients.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Variant Configuration (LO-VC/AVC), with a strong background in manufacturing industries and configurable product environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA SD solution architecture and design.
• Define and govern Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
• Design and implement SAP Variant Configuration solutions using LO-VC and/or Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC).
• Drive Configure-to-Order (CTO), Make-to-Order (MTO), and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) business process design.
• Lead integration design across SAP SD, MM, PP, FI/CO, EWM, TM, and CPQ.
• Conduct client workshops and translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Support global implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and transformation initiatives.
• Provide architecture governance, estimations, solution reviews, and delivery oversight.
• Mentor project teams and support pre-sales and solutioning activities.

Required Experience & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 15+ years of SAP experience with at least 10 years in SAP SD.
• Proven experience as SAP Solution Architect on large-scale SAP implementations.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP Variant Configuration implementations.

• Strong expertise in SAP Variant Configuration (LO-VC and/or AVC).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Sales and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, configurable products, and production processes.

• Experience in global template design and multi-country rollouts.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
