Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) &

SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking Lead Consultant with 14+ years of overall SAP

HCM/SuccessFactors experience and a strong background in Employee Central

Payroll, SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking, S/4HANA Payroll implementations, payroll

transformation programs, and global payroll operations.
The ideal candidate should be SAP Certified in Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and possess extensive experience in end-to-end payroll implementations, support, auditing, stakeholder management, and project delivery across multiple geographies, including Middle East and India payroll environments.
Key Responsibilities Functional & Solution Expertise
Lead and deliver SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking implementations, rollouts, and support engagements.
Design and implement payroll and time management solutions aligned with customer business requirements.
Provide expert guidance on SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking, Timesheets, Time Valuation, Time Recording Profiles, Absence Management, Overtime Processing, Time Collectors, and Payroll Integration.
Expert knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and S/4HANA Payroll project implementations.
Working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Time Management, Benefits, Finance, and HRIS teams to ensure seamless integrations.
Facilitate payroll and time management workshops, requirement gathering sessions, solution demonstrations, and design discussions.
Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions and best practices.
Payroll & Time Tracking Delivery
Deliver end-to-end payroll and time management implementations, including:
Requirement gathering
Solution design
Configuration
Integration
Testing
Deployment
Hypercare support
Manage payroll and time tracking configurations for multiple countries with emphasis on:
Middle East payroll
India payroll
Support payroll processing, off-cycle payroll runs, retroactive accounting, and payroll corrections.
Support payroll posting processes from ECP to ECC FI and/or S/4HANA Finance.
Manage payroll and time integration with:
Employee Central
HRIS systems
Benefits systems
Finance applications
Third-party payroll providers
Integration & Technical Oversight
Strong hands-on experience with:
Point-to-Point (PTP) integrations
Business Integration Builder (BIB)
Employee Central to ECP replication
Payroll posting integrations
Time Tracking to Payroll integration
Troubleshoot and resolve replication issues between EC and ECP.
Ensure data consistency across payroll and time management processes.
Drive governance and standards for payroll and time-related data integrations.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Prepare and execute:
Unit testing
System integration testing
Regression testing
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Develop test plans, test scripts, and testing strategies.
Coordinate and lead end-user testing activities.
Ensure compliance with payroll and time management quality standards.
Payroll Operations & Support
Support Payroll Control Center (PCC) operations and administration.
Perform payroll incident analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Manage payroll production support and service delivery activities.
Recommend improvements to payroll and time processing procedures and work instructions.
Ensure adherence to SLAs and operational excellence standards.
Lead SAP payroll and time management projects from initiation through closure.
Oversee all SAP project-related activities and ensure successful execution and delivery.
Deliver projects within agreed scope, budget, quality, and timeline.
Manage project financials, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Proactively identify scope changes and coordinate with stakeholders to manage project impacts.
Continually report project progress, milestones, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
Escalate project issues appropriately to account and delivery management teams.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Build trusted customer relationships and identify opportunities for future business growth.
Lead client-facing workshops and executive steering committee meetings.
Interact effectively with customer leadership and senior management teams.
Mentor, coach, and guide junior consultants and project teams.
Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across delivery teams.
Governance & Continuous Improvement
Drive standards and best practices across payroll, time tracking, and data governance processes.
Define and improve governance frameworks and operational controls.
Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors innovations, payroll regulations, and industry trends.
Recommend process optimization and automation opportunities.
Required Experience
14+ years of overall SAP HCM/SuccessFactors experience.
Minimum 7 years of Payroll domain expertise preferred.
SAP Certified in Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking implementation and support.
Expert knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and S/4HANA Payroll implementations.
Working knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Minimum 4 end-to-end payroll implementations, including:
Middle East payroll implementation(s)
India payroll implementation(s)
Thorough understanding of Middle East payroll processes and statutory requirements.
Minimum 2 payroll project audits.
Minimum 3 SAP payroll support projects.
Strong experience in:
EC to ECP replication
PTP integrations
BIB integrations
Payroll posting processes
Time Tracking integrations
Experience with Payroll Control Center operations.
Experience with Ad Hoc and Off-Cycle payroll processing.
Experience integrating payroll with HRIS, Benefits, Time, and Finance systems.
Strong troubleshooting and incident management experience.
