
Job Description:
o 6 to 10 Years of SuccessFactors with minimum 3+ End-End-To Implementations & 3+ Support projects in RCM/RMK
o Must Have: Certified in SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and/or RMK
o Good to Have: Certified in SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB)
o Hands on experience in RCM Data Models customization and End to End Implementation
o Good Knowledge in complete Recruiting processes and its feasibilities and limitations.
o Hands-on experience in Requisitions, Candidate Profile, Application and Offer templates setup
o Good Knowledge in Recruiting processes leveraging the SF RCM capabilities
o Experience in Integration with Assessment systems
o Experience in Integration with Background Verification Vendor systems
o Experience in Integration with Job board sites like LinkedIn, Naukri, Gulf Post etc.
o Experience in configuring Job Profiles in JPB/CoC/TIH
o Experience in configuring sites in RMK, both Standard and Custom
o Experience translating client business rules to technical business requirements
o Experience in integrating RCM – ONB - EC
o Experience with Position Management integration with RCM
o Experience in creating Search Page and interactive Job Map
o Experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) pages
o Working knowledge of Role Based Permission assignments
o Working knowledge of Story Reports/Workforce Analytics
o Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
o Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements
o Able to work independently and with others; self-directed; take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can communicate clearly and concisely
o Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management
o Coach and mentor new hires and work with them on the Knowledge transfer process to bring them to speed on all Talent Acquisition processes
o Need to be a team player
o Bachelor or master degree
o Passionate about SAP, ready to learn and grow
o Business Travel: Project specific travelling is mandatory for all SAP Consultants
