Job Title: UX Designer Role Summary: We are looking for a UX Designer to create intuitive, user-centered designs that enhance user satisfaction. The role involves researching user needs, designing wireframes, and improving overall product usability. Key Responsibilities: Conduct user research and analyze user behavior Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows Design intuitive and engaging user experiences Collaborate with UI designers, developers, and product teams Perform usability testing and iterate designs Ensure consistency with design standards and guidelines Required Skills: Strong understanding of UX principles and design thinking Experience with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) Ability to create wireframes and prototypes Knowledge of user research and usability testing methods Good communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications: Basic knowledge of UI design and interaction design Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes Portfolio showcasing UX case studies
