Job Description:

Required Skills - Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, networks, databases, and applications. Experience with incident management tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, or BMC Helix. Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Azure Monitor, or SolarWinds. Understanding of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities. Ability to work under pressure during critical outages. Conflict resolution and crisis management skills. Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
