As a Senior SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Consultant specializing in Sourcing & Procurement (MM) you will be responsible for leading Fit-to-Standard workshops, configuring core Sourcing & Procurement (MM) scope items, enabling clients to adapt and adopt best practices, and ensuring successful end-to-end deployment of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

- Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops across the Sourcing & Procurement (MM) value stream (Procurement of Direct Materials, Indirect Procurement, Subcontracting, etc.).

- Document client requirements and map to appropriate solutions.

- Collaborate with peers to determine business requirement feasibility within SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.

- Configure and deploy SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Sourcing & Procurement (MM) scope items.

- Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert for public cloud best practices, extensibility, and business process standardization, providing oversight and advisory support on all aspects within the Sourcing & Procurement functional area.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, and Warehouse) to ensure integrated process design.

- Support data migration activities including templates, validation, and cutover readiness.

- Enable client in master data management, new business processes, transactional activity, and report execution.

- Collaborate internally with other team members on continuous improvement.

- Act as liaison between offshore (functional and technical) SAP consultants and customer, managing the details of configuration, functional specifications, and unit testing of the objects to be completed.

- Support presales team with activities such as proposal development and demos of functionality. 

- Serve as escalation point to assist with resolving issues.

- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge-building initiatives.

- Support testing cycles, defect triage, and hypercare activities following go-live.

Position Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent experience;
• Minimum 5+ years of SAP consulting experience with at least 2 years in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• 2+ years leadership experience on SAP implementation projects or production support
• Hands-on experience using Central Business Configuration (CBC) and SAP Fiori applications.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology
• Deep understanding of SAP Best Practices and Fit-to-Standard methodology.
• Experience with integration across Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, and Warehouse.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and client-facing skills.
• Proven experience as a Business Process Consultant or similar role with a focus on SAP projects.
• Proficiency in industry or business process modeling and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

- Relevant SAP S/4HANA Cloud certification(s)

- Experience with SAP Cloud ALM (CALM)

- Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) extensibility.

- Knowledge of SAP Signavio Process Navigator and RASD tooling.
