Job Description – ServiceNow CSM/FSM Developer

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow FSM Developer to design, configure, develop, and support Field Service Management solutions. The role requires strong knowledge of FSM processes, ServiceNow development, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
•    Design, configure, develop, and maintain ServiceNow Field Service Management solutions.
•    Work on work orders, tasks, dispatching, scheduling, assignment, field agents, and service territories.
•    Configure FSM workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, flows, notifications, and related platform components.
•    Support scheduling and optimization capabilities and improve field service processes.
•    Develop and maintain integrations with external systems such as ERP, CRM, asset, inventory, and customer systems.
•    Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
•    Perform unit testing, system testing, defect resolution, deployment, and production support.
•    Troubleshoot FSM application issues and provide root-cause analysis.
•    Collaborate with business analysts, architects, field operations teams, and other technical stakeholders.
•    Maintain technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer.
Required Skills & Experience
•    Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Field Service Management.
•    Good understanding of FSM processes including work orders, scheduling, dispatch, assignment, and field agent management.
•    Strong ServiceNow configuration and development experience.
•    Good knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
•    Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and integrations.
•    Knowledge of ServiceNow CSM, ITSM, CMDB, or Asset Management is an added advantage.
•    Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
