Role-Business Analyst ( ITSM / ServiceNow)

Skills-Servicenow Buisness Analyst with manufacturing Industry experince.

Role Objective
Support the design and evolution of the ITSM platform landscape (with focus on ServiceNow) by analyzing current capabilities, defining platform roadmaps, and translating complex IT service management requirements into actionable solutions and executive-level recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
•    Analyze the existing ITSM toolchain and service management landscape.
•    Support ServiceNow roadmap design and platform evolution strategy.
•    Translate complex IT requirements into structured solution concepts and management-ready recommendations.
•    Work with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities in IT service processes and platforms.
•    Define and monitor KPIs for ITSM platform performance and adoption.
•    Create executive-level presentations, dashboards, and reports.
•    Support cloud-based service management solutions and infrastructure services.
•    Work autonomously to deliver structured outputs and recommendations.
