ServiceNow Solution Architect

Role / Position Title: Solution Architect    Required Experience: 10 - 15 Years
Department / Practice: ServiceNow Center of Excellence    Location: Flexible / Remote / Onsite

Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect with extensive multi-domain enterprise experience to lead the architectural strategy, design, and governance of enterprise ServiceNow implementations. You will partner with C-level stakeholders, client leadership, and delivery teams to architect robust, scalable, and secure ServiceNow platform solutions aligned with strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities
•    Architect end-to-end enterprise platform solutions on the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM, and custom App Engine modules.
•    Define technical design standards, governance models, security frameworks, and enterprise architecture blueprints for ServiceNow deployments.
•    Lead technical discovery workshops with client leadership, establishing vision, roadmap, and solution architecture for complex enterprise digital transformations.
•    Evaluate business requirements and evaluate platform health, custom code, performance optimization, and upgradeability.
•    Guide development and consulting teams on complex technical integrations, custom application development, and data model architectures.
•    Provide technical governance, conduct design review sessions, and approve architectural artifacts and solution blueprints.
Qualifications & Skills Required
•    10 to 15 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 7+ years dedicated as a ServiceNow Architect or Lead Architect.
•    Proven track record of architecting multi-module ServiceNow solutions for Fortune 500 or large enterprise clients.
•    Deep understanding of ServiceNow core architecture, database schema, Domain Separation, Service Portal/Workspaces, and performance tuning.
•    Extensive background in enterprise integrations (REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, Kafka, MID Server architecture).
•    Strong expertise in ITIL framework, enterprise architecture methodologies (TOGAF certified preferred), and agile delivery.
•    Exceptional executive communication, consultative presentation, and technical leadership capabilities.
Preferred Certifications
•    Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) - Highly Preferred
•    Certified System Administrator (CSA)
•    Multiple Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications (e.g., CIS-ITSM, CIS-HR, CIS-Discovery)
