Job Title: Solution Architect Technical
 
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Solution Architect with strong expertise in .NET technologies to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in translating business requirements into robust technical architectures and ensuring successful implementation across projects. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, engineering teams, project managers, and infrastructure teams to align technology solutions with organizational goals.
 
Key Responsibilities
•    Analyze business requirements and convert them into end-to-end technical solution designs.
•    Define solution architecture, application workflows, integration approaches, and deployment models.
•    Lead the architecture and design of applications using .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and C#.
•    Provide technical leadership and architectural governance throughout the software development lifecycle.
•    Collaborate with developers, business analysts, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and project managers to ensure successful solution delivery.
•    Design and review APIs, microservices, cloud-native solutions, and enterprise integrations.
•    Ensure architecture standards are maintained for scalability, security, performance, maintainability, and reliability.
•    Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools that best meet business and technical needs.
•    Identify technical risks, dependencies, and constraints, and propose mitigation strategies.
•    Review solution designs, technical documentation, and code implementations for architectural alignment.
•    Support project planning, effort estimation, and technical roadmap development.
•    Create architecture documents, diagrams, standards, and best practice guidelines.
•    Ensure compliance with security policies, governance frameworks, and enterprise architecture standards.
Required Qualifications
•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
•    Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Senior .NET Technical Lead.
•    Strong hands-on expertise in .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and C#.
•    Solid understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and enterprise application design.
•    Experience designing and implementing distributed systems, APIs, web applications, and microservices.
•    Strong experience with relational databases such as SQL Server and database design best practices.
•    Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Amazon Web Services (AWS).
•    Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment processes.
•    Knowledge of application security, authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices.
•    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
•    Ability to balance technical excellence with business priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
•    Experience with AWS services such as Amazon EC2, AWS Lambda, Amazon API Gateway, Amazon SQS, Amazon RDS (SQL Server), AWS CloudFormation, AWS CodePipeline, and AWS CodeBuild.
•    Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
•    Familiarity with frontend technologies such as Angular, React, or Blazor.
•    Experience with event-driven architecture, domain-driven design, and modern integration patterns.
•    Professional certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, or other relevant certifications.
•    Experience working in Agile or Scrum-based delivery environments.
