We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales activities across the Norwegian and Swedish market within our HXM portfolio. You will be responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy, managing sales processes, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the Head of Sales, Account Managers, and other relevant stakeholders in our organization.

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

  • Experience in Business Consulting & Software Sales – If you have a background in selling consulting services, projects, or software (especially SAP solutions), that’s a huge plus!
  • Business-Savvy Mindset – You have a strong understanding of market trends, how they impact strategic decisions, and how to drive growth and profitability while balancing risk and innovation.
  • Relationship Builder at the Executive Level – You have several years of experience developing and maintaining strong relationships with C-suite executives to position the right services to meet your client’s needs and drive long-term success.
  • Strategic Thinker – You know how to develop and own strategic plans to manage and expand your customer portfolio.
  • Self-Starter with a Growth Mindset – You’re independent, motivated, and ready to thrive in a KPI-driven environment where results matter.
  • Skilled at Identifying Sales Opportunities – To excel in this role, you must be skilled at recognizing and qualifying sales opportunities and positioning the right services to effectively meet your client's needs.
