Role Overview
We are seeking a Global SAP Logistics Lead (SCM CoE) to drive and shape the logistics pillar within our Supply Chain Management Center of Excellence (SCM CoE). This is a strategic leadership role focused on owning the global SAP logistics portfolio, including S/4HANA Core Logistics, EWM, TM, and Business Network for Logistics (BN4L).
In this role, you will be responsible for leading presales excellence, solution strategy, and client engagement across complex logistics transformation programs. You will play a key role in enabling global go-to-market execution, ensuring that our logistics offerings are differentiated, scalable, and aligned with client business priorities. As a senior leader within the SCM CoE, you will help define how we position, sell, and deliver SAP logistics solutions in a rapidly evolving supply chain landscape.
Key Responsibilities
As the Global Lead for SAP Logistics, you will take ownership of the end-to-end logistics solution portfolio and drive its global adoption and growth. You will lead presales and solutioning activities for strategic opportunities, shaping winning proposals and engaging with senior client stakeholders to articulate value-driven transformation roadmaps.
You will be responsible for defining and governing solution architectures across SAP S/4HANA Logistics and key modules such as Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), Business Network for Logistics (BN4L), and Logistics Management (LGM). This includes ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with SAP’s strategic direction.
A core aspect of the role involves building and scaling logistics capabilities within the SCM CoE. You will work closely with regional teams to strengthen expertise, enable reuse of best practices, and establish a strong foundation for global delivery. In parallel, you will drive go-to-market strategies, working with internal stakeholders and ecosystem partners, including SAP, to identify growth areas and expand market presence.
You will also mentor and lead distributed presales and solution teams, fostering collaboration across geographies and ensuring high-quality, consistent engagement across all client interactions.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in SAP logistics and supply chain management, combined with a strong track record in presales and client engagement. You have over 10 years of experience in the SAP SCM domain and a proven ability to translate complex logistics requirements into business-driven solutions.
Hands-on experience in at least one core logistics module, such as EWM or TM, is essential, along with a broad understanding of end-to-end logistics processes within S/4HANA environments. You have demonstrated leadership in global or regional roles, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional, distributed teams.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills are critical to success in this role.
