Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Accounting Specialist to join our dynamic team in the banking sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with mandatory expertise in using the SAP system. This role requires immediate availability and the ability to provide helpdesk support to non-SAP users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Helpdesk Support: Provide technical support and assistance to non-SAP users, resolving issues related to the SAP system and ensuring smooth operation.
• User Training: Conduct training sessions for non-SAP users, helping them understand and effectively use the SAP system for their financial tasks.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for financial planning.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support to auditors.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies, staying updated on changes in financial laws and regulations.
• SAP System Management: Utilize the SAP system for financial reporting, data analysis, and process automation, ensuring efficient and effective use of the system.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the banking sector. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
• SAP Proficiency: Mandatory expertise in using the SAP system for financial reporting and analysis.
• Helpdesk Experience: Experience in providing technical support and training to non-SAP users.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Immediate Availability: Must be available to start work immediately.
