Job Description:

Technical Lead (5 + Years Experience) 
We are looking for a skilled Technical Lead (Secrets Management, HashiCorp, CI/CD, Vaulting) with 6–9 years of experience to join our team and support mission-critical enterprise systems. 
Location: Bangalore 
Role Overview 
We are seeking a strong Candidate who has exposure to In-depth experience in managing projects focused on end-to-end secrets management strategy. Proficient in secrets management platforms - HashiCorp, Azure Key Vault and AWS Secret Manager. Should have  Cyber Security background with working experience on software development, Privileged access and secret management. Drive implementation of secrets lifecycle processes (creation, rotation, expiration, and retirement) Mandatory Skillset

Good to Have 
•    Knowledge of Microservices Architecture concepts and emerging patterns 
•    Experience with APIs and Web Services (REST / SOAP), Core Java, J2EE 
•    Familiarity with Spring and Spring Boot 
General Expectations 
•    Good communication skills 
•    Must be ready to work in 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM shift 
•    Must be ready to work from office in a Hybrid work environment (Full Remote is not an option) Expect full return to office in 2026 
Notice Period 
•    Notice period should be 4 weeks or less 
•    Immediate joiners are preferred

•    Actively participate in an Agile delivery model, contributing to sprint planning, development, and continuous improvement.  
•    Collaborate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver aligned solutions.  
•    Ensure high quality, timely delivery of solutions in accordance with defined project timelines and service expectations.
