Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM-WM Consultant (L2) to provide functional support and ensure smooth operations of Materials Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM) processes. The role involves handling complex support issues, configuration changes, and close collaboration with business users and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

SAP MM Responsibilities

· Provide L2 functional support for end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:

o Material Master and Vendor Master

o Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, RFQs, and Contracts

o Inventory Management (GR/GI, Transfers, Reservations)

o Invoice Verification (MIRO)

· Support MM-FI integration issues including GR/IR reconciliation

· Handle pricing, release strategies, and output determination issues

SAP WM Responsibilities

· Provide L2 support for SAP WM outbound, inbound, and internal warehouse processes

· Troubleshoot issues related to:

o Transfer Requirements (TR) and Transfer Orders (TO)

o Goods receipt and goods issue via WM

o Putaway, picking, replenishment, and stock removal

o Posting changes and physical inventory processes

· Support warehouse master data: storage types, storage sections, bins, and movement types

· Analyze and resolve interface and integration issues between MM-WM

Support & Operations

· Manage incidents, service requests, and problems within defined SLAs

· Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend permanent corrective actions

· Support month-end and year-end inventory closing activities

· Coordinate with L3, ABAP, and Basis teams for enhancements and bug fixes

· Assist in testing activities including UAT and regression testing

· Create and maintain functional documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles

· Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to L1 support teams

Required Skills & Experience

Functional Skills

· Hands-on experience in SAP MM and SAP WM configuration and support

· Strong understanding of warehouse processes and inventory management

· Good knowledge of MM-WM and MM-FI integrations

· Experience working in AMS / Production Support environments

· Familiarity with IDocs, interfaces, and basic ABAP debugging (preferred)

Soft Skills

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

· Effective communication with business and technical stakeholders

· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced support environment

· Willingness to work in shifts or on-call support if required
