Job Description:

-    India domestic customer engagement experience. 
-    Operate from the client location (mon-fri) – Thane, Mumbai 
-    SAP SD experience – 4 to 5 years.
-    SAP end to end Green Field Implementation for 2 projects 
-    Good communication skills – Marathi highly preferable. 
-    Profile must from Mumbai/major cities from Maharashtra.

The minimum commitment is 12 monthsSAP experience – 4-5 years.

SAP AMS exposure with 4-5 years in domestic.SAP end to end implementation for 2 projects(preferable)  

Good communication skills – Marathi highly preferable.Profile must from Mumbai/major cities from Maharashtra. 

Responsibilities
•    Provide day-to-day support on SAP SD-related issues (ticket-based)
•    Analyse and resolve incidents within SLA timelines
•    Execute minor enhancements (pricing, outputs, order types)
•    Support testing (unit and integration)
•    Maintain documentation (functional specs, user guides)
•    Perform root cause analysis and escalate complex issues to L3
•    Provide on-call or weekend support as needed

Functional Skills:
•    Sales Order Management (VA01, VA02, etc.) Order to Cash
•    Pricing procedures and conditions
•    Delivery & Shipping processes
•    Billing & Invoice processing
•    Credit management
•    Output determination (Forms, Email, IDocs)
•    Third-party and Intercompany sales
•    ATP, Availability checks
•    Returns and complaints (RMA)
•    Business partner configurations
•    Migration cockpit
•    GSTR1 GSTR2 and GSTR3 reports
•    E-invoice and E-way Bill processing
•    Third Party Integrations with SAP
•    Good Expertise on Batch Management configuration
•    IDocs and Interfaces (inbound/outbound)
•    Basic debugging skills (preferred for L3)

Integration Knowledge:
•    SAP MM, FI, WM, and CRM
•    Middleware (PI/PO, CPI), EDI, Salesforce (if applicable)
