Cloud & Security, NTT DATA Business Solutions — Aarhus, Horsens or Valby (hybrid)
We need you to help design, build and govern the next generation of AI solutions.
NTT DATA is one of the largest IT services providers in the world, and AI is at the center of where the business is heading. This role sits in one of our most innovative AI teams, part of our Data, AI and Innovation area, which counts around 100 colleagues across the Nordics. We work with AI and agentic engineering, governance, and security, both as technical delivery and as management consulting. We are growing our Scandinavian footprint, and we are looking for someone to help build the practical side of how agentic systems actually get designed, governed and put to work at our clients.
This is not a research role. You will be close to the client, turning messy real-world processes into something structured that runs in production. The technology moves fast, so does the team, and you will have real ownership from early on.
What you will do
- Design and build agentic solutions that solve concrete client problems, from architecture through to something that works in production
- Help clients put governance around AI: clear principles, guardrails, and a foundation they can trust and scale
- Translate a business need into a working technical design, and explain both the what and the why to people who are not technical
- Implement the processes that make agentic engineering repeatable rather than a one-off, drawing on practices from software delivery (ALM, SDLC, QA)
- Move across clients and industries, which means context switching and getting up to speed quickly
What you bring
We care more about how you think than about a particular line on your CV. Agentic engineering is new enough that nobody has decades behind them in it. What matters is that you are good at putting the knowledge and experience you already have to work, and that you want to keep learning.
Concretely, you might bring some of:
- A real interest in AI and agentic systems, and a habit of staying current as the tools change
- Hands-on comfort with the tools we build on: Microsoft Foundry, Studio and Copilot, Claude Code, and tailored or custom AI agent harnesses
- An understanding of, or curiosity about, AI governance, security and compliance
- The ability to work with ambiguity, take ownership, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical people
- Fluent in Danish and English with clients and across the wider organization
A plus, but not a requirement:
- A background in software development (ALM, SDLC, QA or similar)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, M365 or AWS
- An overall understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, security and process
- Experience working under a compliance framework such as ISO 27001
If you read that and recognize yourself in the mindset more than the checklist, we would still like to hear from you.
What we offer
A hands-on role in one of our most innovative AI teams, backed by a Data, AI and Innovation area of around 100 colleagues across the Nordics and a global organization behind that. Real influence over how we build out this practice. Colleagues who would rather figure out the next thing together than pretend they already know it all.
