
Business AI Consultant – AI Digital Experience Advisor

As Business AI Consultant – AI Digital Experience Advisor, you will play a key role in helping customers create measurable value from AI initiatives and digital solutions as part of NTT DATA Denmark’s Cloud & Security team. You will work at the intersection of business, technology and delivery, helping customers identify opportunities, shape concrete initiatives and adopt solutions that make a real difference in how they work and grow.
The role is relevant for both junior and more experienced profiles. What matters most is your curiosity, your ability to listen and understand customer needs, and your motivation to connect business challenges with practical AI-enabled solutions.
Your role
In this customer-facing advisory role, you will combine commercial awareness, practical technology understanding and project coordination. You will support customers from early dialogue and opportunity identification through scoping, delivery support and adoption. Working closely with customers, consultants, developers and other specialists, you will help translate business needs into clear requirements, feasible solutions and successful AI-driven projects.
- Build trusted relationships with customers and understand their business goals, challenges and growth ambitions.
- Identify opportunities where AI, automation and related digital solutions can create measurable value.
- Support customer dialogue, discovery sessions and workshops to clarify needs and define solution direction.
- Translate customer needs into clear requirements and collaborate with technical teams to shape feasible solutions.
- Help connect commercial opportunities with delivery capabilities, ensuring that ideas become practical and value-driven initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor and coordinator across customers and internal teams, supporting the successful execution of AI-driven projects.
- Support the definition, scoping and prioritisation of AI-related initiatives from early opportunity identification through to project execution.
- Contribute to successful delivery by coordinating stakeholders, following up on progress and helping remove obstacles.
- Ensure that solutions are practical, user-oriented and aligned with customer expectations, business value and delivery reality.
- Help drive structured onboarding, adoption and continuous improvement of delivered solutions.
- Contribute to presentations, proposals and customer-facing material related to AI initiatives, digital experience and growth opportunities.
- Stay curious and continuously build knowledge across AI, business processes, agentic technologies and emerging digital trends.

Your profile
- You have experience from a customer-facing role such as consulting, customer success, solution advisory, project coordination, business development or a similar position.
- You have a strong interest in AI and digital innovation, with practical exposure to AI tools, AI-enabled solutions or related projects.
- You bring basic programming knowledge and technical understanding, enabling you to engage constructively with developers, architects and technical specialists.
- You are able to understand both business needs and technical possibilities and translate between the two in a clear and practical way.
- You communicate clearly, listen actively and build trust with customers and internal stakeholders across levels and disciplines.
- You are structured, proactive and action-driven, with the ability to create momentum across several activities at the same time.
- You are commercially minded and motivated by helping customers grow through relevant, value-driven solutions.
- You are curious, adaptable and motivated to keep learning as AI technologies, tools and customer needs continue to evolve.
Experience from technology, software, analytics, automation, innovation environments, project delivery, solution implementation or change and adoption activities is an advantage, but not a prerequisite. We welcome both senior and junior consultants who bring the right mindset, curiosity and ability to learn.
