Project Management Lead - Nordic Mid‑Market ERP

Role summary

As Project Management Lead, you define and safeguard how Cloud ERP projects are delivered in the Nordic Mid‑Market ERP organization. You ensure that all projects follow a high‑discipline, standardized delivery model with clear governance, predictable outcomes and short implementation timelines.

You are responsible for selecting, onboarding and developing Project Managers operating in this model from the Nordic organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects across the Nordics
• Own the implementation methodology for mid‑market ERP (based on SAP Activate)
• Build and develop a pool of mid‑market‑ready Project Managers
• Enforce governance, quality gates and delivery standards
• Ensure projects are delivered with:
  • Controlled scope
  • Strong customer leadership
  • High transparency
• Work closely with Solution Architecture and Customer Success to ensure continuity beyond go‑live

What success looks like

• Projects consistently delivered within agreed scope and time
• Clear separation between implementation and backlog / expansion
• Strong customer confidence in delivery governance

Experience & profile

• Cloud Project or Cloud Program Management experience
• Proven ability to enforce standards across multiple projects
• Strong leadership mindset — role‑modelling discipline and clarity
• Comfortable navigating customer governance and escalations
