In the Nordics, we support our clients through large-scale business and technology transformations. To strengthen our change capability, we are now looking for an experienced Senior Change Manager (L5/L6) who can own and drive end-to-end change deliveries in complex transformation programs.
Your mission
As a Senior Change Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that transformation initiatives translate into real business adoption and value. You will work closely with program leadership, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to design and execute effective change approaches across the full transformation lifecycle.
Your responsibilities include:
- Owning and delivering end-to-end change management in large transformation programs, both independently and in close collaboration with program leadership
- Driving ERP and major business process transformations (e.g. SAP), including change journey, go-live readiness and hypercare adoption focus
- Designing and executing integrated change strategies and roadmaps aligned with overall program plans and workstreams
- Establishing and running stakeholder and leadership engagement, including sponsorship alignment, resistance management, and governance cadences
- Mobilizing and managing change networks / change agents, enabling cascading communication, training, and feedback loops
- Planning and executing communication and enablement strategies to support adoption of new systems, tools, and ways of working
- Driving business readiness, adoption monitoring, and go-live preparation to reduce adoption risk
- Conducting change readiness and impact assessments and translating insights into clear actions and decision points for leaders
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping define “what good looks like” and how to get there
Your profile
- 2–5 years of experience as a Change Manager or Senior Change Manager, either in consulting or in-house, with ownership of end-to-end change deliveries
- Strong experience with ERP transformations (e.g. SAP programs or comparable large-scale system and process changes)
- Proven delivery across core OCM disciplines: understanding context, planning, execution, and embedding adoption and benefits
- Ability to run change programs autonomously, including day-to-day prioritization, stakeholder steering, and delivery management, with sparring as needed
- Solid theoretical foundation in change management frameworks, supported by relevant certifications and/or academic credentials
Nice‑to‑haves
- Experience with AI adoption or digital adoption, including driving engagement, capability building, and sustained use
- Hands-on experience with change networks / change agent models
- Experience working with cloud and fit-to-standard transformations, including standardization challenges and building business ownership
How you work
- Strong facilitation skills, able to lead workshops with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
- Clear and credible communication, with the ability to tailor messages for executives and frontline audiences
- Confident stakeholder management, navigating resistance and influencing without formal authority
- Collaborative and proactive, engaging colleagues for sparring and quality while remaining accountable for delivery
- Structured and reliable working style, with strong planning, documentation, and follow-through
Practical details
- Work location: Office-based in Valby (with flexibility as applicable)
- Travel: Expected to a certain degree for client sites, workshops, and key milestones
- Comfortable operating in a consulting environment with multiple stakeholders, shifting priorities, and delivery deadlines
Your benefits
- Flexible working hours with time-in-lieu arrangements; travel time counts as working time
- 30 days of paid vacation, plus December 24 and 31 as non-working days
- Sabbatical options of up to one year
- Hybrid work model, including remote work and mobile work within the EU
- Attractive benefit and compensation optimization programs (pension scheme, transport benefits, discounts via Corporate Benefits, and more)
- Comprehensive health and well-being offerings, including extended salary continuation in case of illness, occupational health services, and accident insurance (also covering leisure time worldwide)
- Extensive learning and development opportunities via the NTT DATA Academy, including professional training, certifications, soft-skill programs, and Udemy access
- Opportunities for corporate volunteering, communities, and initiatives focused on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Sustainability, and knowledge sharing
- A team-oriented culture with high autonomy and room to shape your role
