Solution Architect Lead - Nordic Mid‑Market ERP

Role summary

As Solution Architect Lead, you own the solution and product portfolio for Nordic Mid‑Market ERP. Your mission is to ensure a highly standardized, repeatable SAP Cloud ERP offering, while safeguarding architectural quality and enabling speed in both sales and delivery.

This role is critical in translating market needs into scalable, end‑to‑end ERP offerings, ensuring a secure and relevant product portfolio for the Nordic mid‑market segment—covering both standardized SAP Cloud solutions and the related implementation and lifecycle services.

Key responsibilities

• Own and govern the ready‑to‑run solution portfolio for mid‑market ERP
• Define architectural principles, guardrails and best practices
• Ensure standardization across industries while allowing limited, controlled differentiation when viable
• Act as lead architect in complex sales or delivery engagements when needed
• Support presales with reference architectures, demos and scope clarity
• Collaborate closely with Project Management Lead and Customer Success Manager

• Delivering the strongest possible market‑fit ERP portfolio by intelligently combining NTT DATA’s SAP, industry, and service capabilities into standardized, reusable offerings
• Faster sales cycles and predictable delivery
• Strong architectural consistency across the Nordic region
• Establishing a self‑contained and sustainable Nordic operating model that enables scalable delivery, consistent ways of working, and long‑term product and service ownership
• Support customer success management in building the customers ongoing solution roadmap
• Act as the bridge between:
  • Consulting delivery
  • Managed Services
  • Global services and factories

Experience & profile

• Senior SAP Solution Architect with (Public Cloud) ERP experience
• Strong understanding of SAP Activate and fit‑to‑standard delivery
• Comfortable balancing architectural authority with commercial pragmatism
• Able to influence senior stakeholders without hierarchy
