Role summary
This is a pivotal role in the Nordic Mid‑Market Cloud ERP setup.
As Solution Consulting Lead, you are the leading consultant managing specific customers and defining other lead consultants (huskonsulenter) are working in the same way. Delivery‑accountable beyond go‑live, owning the customer backlog and ensuring continuous value creation. The strategy is intentionally to deliver ERP projects with a narrow, well‑defined scope, and then grow the relationship through structured backlog execution and managed services.
You lead the huskonsulent setup, and secure successful projects, and lifecycle management of customers
Key responsibilities
- Own customer expansion (topline “expand”) across all mid‑market ERP clients
- Establish and lead the huskonsulent model, including governance and quality
- Define and run a high‑quality managed services approach
- Responsible for implementing solutions at customers
- Leading the team of huskonsulenter
- Be delivery‑accountable for the end‑to‑end customer lifecycle after go‑live
- Lead through structure, clarity and coaching rather than operational micromanagement
