Position Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior UI Developer (React.js) to lead the design and development of modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, front-end architecture, and modern UI engineering practices. This role requires strong technical leadership, a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences, and the ability to mentor development teams while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
•    Design, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications using React.js.
•    Lead frontend architecture, technical design discussions, and implementation strategies.
•    Develop reusable UI components, design systems, and shared libraries to promote consistency and maintainability.
•    Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
•    Integrate frontend applications with backend services using REST APIs and GraphQL.
•    Work closely with Java Spring Boot backend teams to ensure seamless application integration.
•    Drive UI/UX best practices, responsive design principles, and accessibility compliance (WCAG).
•    Optimize application performance, rendering efficiency, bundle size, and overall user experience.
•    Implement robust state management solutions using Context API, Redux, or Zustand.
•    Develop secure and scalable form-based applications using Formik or React Hook Form.
•    Build enterprise-grade data-intensive interfaces using AG Grid, Material UI, and Ant Design.
•    Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical decision-making processes.
•    Implement automated testing using Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress.
•    Follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices.
•    Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
•    Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices across Agile teams.
•    Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve productivity, code quality, and development efficiency.
